A fun event for family members of all ages, the Drumstick Dash provides runners with a pair of races to choose from – the 2.75-mile Mini Gobbler and the 4.6-mile Full Cobbler – that will be run on historic Broad Ripple Avenue. A virtual race option is available for runners who would like to run on their own schedule. Proceeds from this fundraising event will help provide meals for local homeless.  

2021 Gravy Dash

WHEN: Thursday, November 25 at 7:30 a.m. 

WHERE: Main and Cedar Street in Zionsville AND Memorial Park in Lebanon 

Lace up your running shoes and join in the festive fun this Thanksgiving at the 2021 Gravy Dash. The Gravy Dash will have races in Zionsville and Lebanon and runners can choose from a 2-mile run/walk, a 4-mile run/walk and a virtual 5K run/walk in each community. Runners who participate in this family-friendly event will receive a race bib and a Gravy Dash t-shirt. Proceeds from this event will benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Boone County.  

Christmas Nights of Lights 

WHEN: November 12 – January 2 

WHERE: Indiana State Fairgrounds – 1698 E. 42nd St. Indianapolis, IN 46205 

Festive light displays are a hallmark of the holiday season and for many area families, the holiday season starts with Thanksgiving. Kickstart the holiday fun this year and make reservations for the Christmas Nights of Lights at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
